Prior to a student enrolling in the district, the required forms and documentation on this page must be submitted to the school district.
Registration documents can be scanned and emailed (lnell@bssd72.org) or faxed to the school (406-995-2161).

In addition to the registration forms, the following documentation is required:
Student Birth Certificate
Immunization Records
Student health concerns/IEP or 504 accommodations (when applicable)
Residency Verification must be submitted in one of the following forms showing the parent/guardian name that can be tied to the birth certificate, physical address and a current date:
Warranty deed
Lease or rental agreement
Utility bill
