Registration and Enrollment

Prior to a student enrolling in the district, the required forms and documentation on this page must be submitted to the school district.

Registration documents can be scanned and emailed ( or faxed to the school (406-995-2161).

Call Linda Nell (406-995-4281 ext. 502) to make arrangements to drop it by the Elementary School.

To register your student, please contact Linda Nell with copies of the completed registration from provided below:

Required Documentation

In addition to the registration forms, the following documentation is required:

  • Student Birth Certificate

  • Immunization Records

  • Student health concerns/IEP or 504 accommodations (when applicable)

Residency Verification

Residency Verification must be submitted in one of the following forms showing the parent/guardian name that can be tied to the birth certificate, physical address and a current date:

  • Warranty deed

  • Lease or rental agreement

  • Utility bill
