Two LPHS grade 12 students have qualified as Semifinalists in the 2023 National Merit Scholarship Program. Congratulations to seniors Felix Jacobs and Max Romney!  Felix and Max were selected based on their PSAT scores. “The nationwide pool of Semifinalists, representing less than one percent of U.S. high school seniors, includes the highest-scoring entrants in each state” (National Merit Scholarship Corporation). This is a significant achievement for our two seniors, and we are excited to see them recognized.  Congratulations, Max and Felix!
