LPHS Girls Basketball

The LPHS girls basketball have kicked off their season 1-1, with a tough loss against Shields Valley on the road. They immediately made up for it with a dominating performance against Gardiner at home on Saturday winning 65 - 38. Seniors Astrid McGuire and Vera Grabow led the offensive attack, and were supported by underclassmen teammates throughout the game.

LPHS Boys Basketball

The Bighorn boys have started their season 2-0 with a win against Shields Valley (54-38) and Gardiner (82-50). The win on Saturday marked a significant milestone, being the boys basketball program's 100th win.  Great work boys! Most of the roster was able to find ways to score this week but Ebe Grabow led the offensive attack Friday and Saturday supported by Julek Shipman and Isaac Bedway with a large share as well as freshman Ryan Malinowski getting into double digits for the first time.

OMS Girls Basketball

The middle school girls basketball team had two great wins vs. Petra Academy, the 6th grade team won 38-6 with a very balanced offensive attack from the whole team and the 7/8 pulled away late in a closer game winning 22-14. Annie Coltea led scoring in  the 7/8 grade game with 10 points.  Tatum Bedell corraled 4, and Lola Morris, Ava Lafiosca, Rowan Mitchell, and Adeline Magrans all contributed 2. Nice work girls!
