Loren Bough

Board Chair

Loren Bough, and his wife Jill, are proud parents of three students in the Big Sky School District and both have been actively involved in the creation and growth of Lone Peak High School. Loren was raised farming and ranching in Highwood, Montana. Upon completion of his degree at Harvard, Loren worked as a trader in New York and London and Moscow. Since moving to Big Sky in 2004, he and Jill have focused on local educational and philanthropic issues. He currently serves as Chair of the Big Sky School District Board of Trustees, President of Friends of Big Sky Education, Chair of the Warren Miller Performing Art Center Board, Chairman of the Board of Property and Environment Research Center, Vice President of the Yellowstone Club Community foundation, Trustee of the United States Olympic and Paralympic Foundation and Trustee of Big Sky Investment Holdings.
